Returns
At this time, NatuRenal offers a limited selection of downloadable resources and printed educational cards. Because of the nature of these items, we do not offer returns or refunds.
- Digital downloads are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be refunded once accessed.
- Printed rack cards are fulfilled in-house and mailed via USPS First-Class. All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for issues such as loss, duplication, or user dissatisfaction.
- If your card arrives damaged or misprinted, please email a photo to orders@naturenal.com and we’ll review your request on a case-by-case basis.
